Refit West, a consortium of environmental groups, green architects and eco builders, led by Forum for the Future, is supporting homeowners to increase energy efficiency and reduce fuel bills. Retrofitting homes with energy saving measures reduces energy bills and helps the world by reducing carbon dioxide emissions.
Many homes in the West of England are so called ‘hard to treat’ solid wall properties.
